I am Japanese and currently live in Los Angeles and Tokyo. With my B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and certification in Alternative Nutrition, I hope to channel my passion for food into helping people develop appropriate dietary habits and gain a deeper understanding of food cultures and the individuals behind them. As a nutritional columnist for a Japanese magazine and as a cultural analyst, I’ve traveled extensively throughout Japan, looking for the history and stories behind great food.
