Japan Food and Sake Tours
|
We create exciting tours for groups who love Japanese food, culture, sake, and everything about culinary Japan. Whether your group consists of culinary students, chefs, gourmands, sake lovers or just average people, we can customize a tour that will inform and excite your travel group.
On all our Gourmet and Sake tours, you will travel with Azuma Keiko, a food and sake journalist and food culture analyst. With her, you will experience the lively urban nightlife of some of the country’s most famous cities as well as sample the great variety of Japanese dishes and regional specialties.
Visit the sake breweries, meet the brewers, and get insider access to the people and places behind the beloved sake of Japan. Because of Keiko’s personal connections with top sake brewers, chefs, and restaurateurs, you will taste, tour and learn things the average culinary tourist never has the chance to.
In additional, we can arrange cooking classes with renowned chefs, seminars with experts, visit the bustling Tsukiji Fish Market with a sushi chef, visit factories and farms, learn about local cuisine with a local expert, eat at Michelin Three-Star restaurants and meet with industry experts. Sample local Japanese food at the local food district. Experience the real Japan that tourists rarely see; do what the locals do and eat what the locals eat. If this is what you are looking for your group, contact All Japan Tours today. |

About Keiko Azuma
|
 |
Food and Sake Journalist, Nutritionist, Food Consultation Services Specialist between Japan and the U.S., Food Culture Analyst, Founder of No Rules Kitchen.
I am Japanese and currently live in Los Angeles and Tokyo. With my B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and certification in Alternative Nutrition, I hope to channel my passion for food into helping people develop appropriate dietary habits and gain a deeper understanding of food cultures and the individuals behind them. As a nutritional columnist for a Japanese magazine and as a cultural analyst, I’ve traveled extensively throughout Japan, looking for the history and stories behind great food. I’m passionate about food, sake, cooking, love, and happiness, knowing that one flows to the other. Love is a spice! Love the food and it will love you back.
Kanpai!!
