This tour was everything we expected an more. Although expensive, the tour is a great value because All Japan Tours organized transportation and activities for eight days what would have taken twice as long if we had organized and planned on our own. We especially liked having the same very knowledgeable tour guide for the entire trip. AJT removed the stress of our first visit to Japan so we could fully enjoy our experience.

Beautiful tour! One night in the ryokan and the rock gardens was not enough. Takayama was great even though the parade was cancelled because of rain. Enjoyed old town the most. Think about adding a stop at the old Hokkaido Highway stations along the way for us who love history.

Billy made everything easy for us and was an awesome tour guide. Constantly explaining history and cultural things for us. Great communicator, always letting us know what’s happening next and what we should be doing. It was very hot outside, but we were able to dock in and out of air- conditioning, so never got terribly sweaty.
