The Cup Noodles Museum is located in the Minato Mirai District and is an interactive museum that shows the history of instant ramen noodles. The museum was opened by the Nissin Food Company and was the second to be opened. The founder of the company, Momofuku Ando, invented instant ramen noodles in 1958. Inside the museum you can watch a short film on the history of instant noodles. There are unique exhibits and interactive activities for visitors to enjoy. For example, there is a replica of the shed where the instant noodles were invented. There is also a wall that shows the timeline of cup noodles by using the products themselves. In another area called the My Cup Noodles Factory visitors can experience making their very own cup noodles. You get to choose the soup flavor, toppings, and decorate the cup.
