For those wanting to explore the highlights of Japan while still having time to relax and enjoy your vacation, this tour is for you. All Japan Tours has carefully selected popular cities and attractions on Japan's main island of Honshu, where guests can follow their expert guide through Tokyo, Kyoto, and more. After exploring Honshu, travel to Okinawa, where guests will spend a few days on Ishigaki Island, enjoying various activities at their own pace. Enjoy Japanese cuisine, learn about Japanese culture, and relax on the beaches of Ishigaki Island during your journey.

Follow your guide through Tokyo's cultural landmarks, fashionable neighborhoods, and diverse shopping districts. Visit the Tsukiji Outer Market, where guests can find Tokyo's freshest seafood, as well as several shops and restaurants. Guests will also learn how to prepare their own sushi before visiting Meiji Shrine and Harajuku's Omotesando District. Shop the fashionable boutiques and upscale cafes or visit Takeshita Street, a haven of fashionable and quirky shops. Visit Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest temple, and watch a sumo practice match. Travel to Akihabara, known for its electronic stores and anime goods, before enjoying dinner at the lively Robot Restaurant. After departing from Tokyo, make the journey to Hakone to enjoy a cruise around Lake Ashi and take a ride on the Hakone Ropeway. Check-in at your Japanese Inn (Ryokan) for the night, enjoying a traditional kaiseki dinner and unwinding in the therapeutic bath waters of the inn's hot spring baths. If the weather allows, visit the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji and the nearby Kubota Itchiku Art Museum. Marvel at the beautiful kimono that were decorated using the Tsujigahana silk dyeing technique. In the afternoon, take a high-speed bullet train to the ancient city of Kyoto.

In Kyoto, first visit Nijo Castle's scenic grounds before traveling to the Golden Pavillion, known as Kinkakuji. This Zen Temple's top two floors have been covered in gold leaf which reflect on the surrounding pond. In Arashiyama, visit the Tenryuji Temple and the Zen Garden and make your way through the bamboo forest. Experience trying on a kimono and visit a machiya to learn about origami, try your hand at calligraphy and ikebana, the art of flower arrangement. Your final day in Kyoto will be spent exploring the city, stopping by Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and Kodaiji Temple, where guests will participate in a green tea ceremony. Explore the Gion Geisha District's many shops and savor the flavors of Kyoto Cuisine while watching a geisha performance. You will then leave behind Honshu and travel to Okinawa, where you will spend the next two days on Ishigaki Island, snorkeling, diving, or just relaxing on the beach.
