Planning a trip to Japan can be overwhelming, especially for families! Let All Japan Tours plan your family dream trip, which offers exploration through popular cities and cultural activities perfect for guests of all ages. Your expert guide will travel along with you, providing valuable insight into each attraction throughout Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and several other cities. Enjoy Japanese cuisine, soak in a hot spring bath, and learn about Japanese culture and history as your family journeys through Japan.

Follow your guide through Tokyo’s cultural landmarks, fashionable neighborhoods, and diverse shopping districts. Visit Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest temple, learn about ninja and samurai, and visit the tallest structure in Japan. Shop in Akihabara, known for its electronic stores and anime goods, and Harajuku, where guests can visit the fashionable Omotesando District with boutiques and upscale cafes, or visit the nearby Takeshita Street, a haven of fashionable and quirky shops. Try Tokyo's freshest seafood at Tsukiji Outer Market and learn to make your own sushi. Travel to Yokohama to visit the unique Ramen Museum before heading to Mt. Fuji and checking in at a Japanese Inn (Ryokan) for the night. Enjoy a traditional kaiseki dinner and unwind in the therapeutic bath waters of the inn's hot spring baths. Explore Hakone and learn about Yosegi Zaiku, a traditional local craft that uses wooden boxes as puzzles, then take a scenic cruise around Lake Ashi before riding the Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani.

The next day offers a thrilling ride on the bullet train as you travel to Hiroshima. While visiting the nearby island of Miyajima, see the famous Itsukushima Shrine, the "floating" torii gate before visiting Senjokaku Hall, originally built to be a Buddhist library. Ride up Mount Misen using the ropeway to the highest peak, where guests can enjoy views over the island. Explore Hiroshima, a city with a tragic history, where we will visit the Peace Memorial Park, the A-Bomb Museum, and Hiroshima Castle before traveling to Kyoto. In Arashiyama, visit the Tenryuji Temple and the Zen Garden, make your way through the bamboo forest, and have fun at Iwatayma Monkey Park. Pay a visit to the Golden Pavillion, known as Kinkakuji, and Nijo Castle. Guests in Kyoto will also visit Kiyomizu Temple, one of the most celebrated temples in all of Japan, and can try on kimono as a family. At the nearby Kodaiji Temple, experience a green tea ceremony before exploring the Gion Geisha District. Take a day trip to Nara to see the beautiful Todaiji Temple and the Nara Deer Park, where wild deer roam free. Before your tour comes to an end in Kyoto, stop by Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of vermilion Torii Gates.
