Start your journey in Tokyo, where you will visit the Tsukiji Outer Market and learn how to make your own sushi with a professional sushi chef and savor your delicious creations. Guests will also visit the Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest temple. Spend some time exploring the nearby Nakamise Street is filled with souvenir and snack shops. Take in beautiful views of the city from the observation deck of the Tokyo Skytree before visiting the Imperial Palace East Garden, then Ginza, one of Tokyo's most famous shopping, dining, and entertainment districts. Travel from Tokyo to Hakone to relax while aboard a scenic cruise around Lake Ashi. Ride on the Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani before stopping by the Hakone Open Air Museum. Enjoy a tasty dinner at your Japanese Inn and soak in the Inn's therapuetic hot spring waters. If the weather allows, take in the stunning views of Mt. Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi and visit the Kubota Itchiku Art Museum, named after the famous artist who had revived the forgotten art of Tsujigahana silk dyeing.

Leave Hakone for Yamanouchi located in northern Nagano Prefecture. Spend some time at the Snow Monkey Park, where guests can see wild Japanese Macaques who bathe in the park's natural hot springs. At Matsumoto Castle, one of Japan's 12 original Castles, take in the sight of the 'Crow Castle'. Guests can also shop around the Nakamachi District, which hosts several restuarants and stores offering speciality goods. Guests will then spend the next two days in Hakuba, host of the 1998 Winter Olympics. With several skiing lessons and facilities offered for all levels of skiers, your day will be filled with adventure. The soft, powdery snow covering the ground also allows for plenty of other activities to participate in as well, such as sledding and snowmobiling. Guests can also soak in nearby hot spring baths, allowing for total relaxation after your snow-filled day. At the end of your journey, take the high-speed bullet train back to Tokyo for your flight home the next day.
