Japan's incredible nature and wildlife awaits your arrival
on our unique tour of the Land of the Rising Sun. Japan
has some of the most unique ways where visitors may
encounter animals, like a hot spring visited by monkeys,
a wild fox preserve, and stylish cafes where cats may
roam. Experience these cute critters and many more on
our hand-crafted tour that takes you all over the country.
The tour begins in Tokyo, with a day of exploration to
places including Asakusa Sensoji Temple and the Tsukiji
Fish Market, but we've made sure to visit Hamarikyu
Garden - one of Tokyo's most delightful gardens. We
also include one-of-a-kind experiences like a cruise
down the Sumida River and a Ninja Samurai lesson.
While in Tokyo you'll also have a day to visit as many of
it's eccentric and adorable animal cafes you would like,
and we can help you find any kind of cafe that would
catch your interest. We take a day trip from the city to
visit Zao Fox Village - an fox preservation area that
protects at least six different kinds of Japanese foxes.
The tour continues to Kanazawa, stopping for a day at
Yudanaka Onsen, where you can see the curious
Japanese macaque or "snow monkey" bathing in the hot
spring, and we've prepared a hotel with a hot spring for
you to enjoy! In Kanazawa, you'll stroll beautiful
Kenrokuen Garden, one of Japan's Three Great
Gardens, as well as tour some of the city's preserved
Edo-era historic treasures. You will travel from there to
Hiroshima to see the stately Peace Park and Museum,
as well as lovely Itsukushima Shrine and it's mysterious
"floating gate". While in Hiroshima, we take a day trip to
Okunoshima "Rabbit Island", which is overrun with
countless cute fluffy bunnies. Then, finally, we head to
Kyoto and Nara, which are two ancient cities famed for
historic temples, shrines, and gardens, like Fushimi Inari
Shrine, the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and Todaiji
Temple. But there are adorable wildlife to enjoy here as
well, with Monkey Park Iwatayama, where you can see
monkeys up close, and Nara Deer Park, where you can
feed a herd of friendly free-roaming deer. This tour
makes use of Japan's incredibly convenient and
comfortable public transportation system to get you
across the country, including a few trips on the speedy,
sleek bullet train. Browse below for the full itinerary of
