Myself and my daughter had great time on our tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating to anything we asked. Each day was well planned and gave us great understanding and visual representation of the Japanese culture.

Our family really enjoyed this tour-- it was an eclectic mix of visiting cultural sites, observing traditional lifestyles, and dropping ourselves into modern society. Every destination was well worth the visit and every site we visited was worth it's time. Our tour guide Billy was very professional and informative, and each day's agenda was well planned. Our bus driver was excellent as well.

Loved it, it was super fun. It would be great if there are more details about everyday activities for example how much we are gonna walk or stairs up the mountains. Some days were extremely exhausting

Your guides were amazing, and honestly the high point of our trip. They’re were incredibly informative, went above and beyond, and were extremely accommodating to our questions and needs.

I truly enjoyed the tour. I thought each day was filled with enough activities to see a lot of sights without being too busy. The bus and driver were wonderful! Our guide was knowledgable and kind.

This tour was so well planned, especially for the person who only has a couple of weeks to enjoy all there is in Japan. It had a perfect balance of historic sites such temples, shrines, castles, etc. with modern opportunities like Shibuya crossing and Tsukiji fish market. I really loved the sushi making class, the geisha tea ceremony and the wagyu beef restaurant! The food was amazing and very varied--even my picky 12 year old had food he could enjoy. The hotels were very nice. I just can't say enough about this wonderful tour!

Spectacular Tour! Spectacular Time! With AJT we experienced the best Japan has to offer regarding in- depth insight into Japan’s historical and cultural lifestyle, while relishing many of the regional and traditional cuisines along the way. AJT advanced a written emailed itinerary before our arrival to Japan so we were able to research the regions and selected sites in advance, allowing us to read up on the history and geography beforehand. Once there, we had a specific plan for every day, and followed our itinerary exactly. Our tour guide 'Kim Kida' was fantastic and amazing. She timed everything so precisely that we were able to enjoy each days anticipated events, without haste. Kim is so knowledgeable, a genuine professional. She presented detailed information regarding every site we visited, focusing on historical and regional facts. The sushi making and tea ceremony were fascinating and provided us a unique 'cultural' opportunity, we were so happy to participate in. Also, we must praise our wonderful, courteous and skillful Charter Bus Driver, Kamata! With his careful consideration of the foreseen traffic and his expertise driving ability, we felt safe and assured we would always arrive at our destination. These 10 days spent under the direction of an AJT, is a time that will reside in our fondest memories, and we look forward to a time we will certainly return.
