If we do not end up getting enough bookings to guarantee a tour's departure, we will cancel the tour and inform all booked passengers three months prior to the departure date. In this situation, we can either issue a refund (including deposit) or, if the guest wants to re-book for a later date, we can transfer the amount paid to that tour.
